Records consist primarily of editorial board files, including correspondence and memoranda, from FISHES OF THE WESTERN NORTH ATLANTIC, of which Tee-Van was editor-in-chief, ca.1939-1962. Other records relate to Society activities, including administration of NYZoS Corporation, 1939; relations with the Dept. of Parks of New York City, 1953-1960; and the procurement of platypuses and birds of paradise for the Bronx Zoo, 1946-1950. Among the correspondents are William Beebe, Charles Cordier, David Fleary, and Yngve H. Olsen. Also included is Tee-Van's personal address book, ca.1917-1924.
